Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Vapor SEO operates vaporseo.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, how we use it, and what options you have.
We keep this simple because that is what it actually is. We run a marketing site for a B2B service business. We are not building an ad network or selling your data.
What we collect
If you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message. That information goes to us. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage the client relationship.
We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics: page views, session duration, device type, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated. It does not identify you by name.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to track sessions and returning visits. We do not set additional tracking cookies beyond what analytics requires. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. This will not break the site.
How we use your information
Contact form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is performing and where to improve it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, who process data on our behalf.
Third-party services
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy at google.com/privacy. We may also use an email service provider to handle contact form submissions.
Neither of these services receives information that would let them identify you by name from analytics data alone.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to manage client relationships and meet any legal obligations. Analytics data is retained under Google's default retention settings, which you can review in Google's documentation.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email us at hello@vaporseo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This site is directed at business owners in the trades. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
