These terms govern your use of vaporseo.com and any services provided by Vapor SEO. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Who we are

Vapor SEO is an SEO agency that works exclusively with mold remediation and waterproofing contractors in the United States. Our services include search engine optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, and contractor website design.

Services

The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement. These terms apply alongside that agreement. If there is a conflict between these terms and your service agreement, the service agreement controls.

No guarantees on search rankings

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts. Search engines are third-party systems we have no control over. We apply sound SEO methodology and report transparently on results, but no agency can promise a specific position in search results. Any agency that does is lying.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Invoices are due on the date specified. If an account falls materially past due and we cannot resolve it with you, we reserve the right to pause or terminate active services.

Intellectual property

Work we produce for you under a service agreement, including website copy, SEO content, and strategy documents, becomes your property upon receipt of full payment for that work. Until payment is received in full, we retain ownership.

The content, design, and code of vaporseo.com remain the property of Vapor SEO. You may not reproduce or repurpose any of it without our written permission.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential. We do not share your business data, keyword strategy, or campaign results with third parties. We may reference the existence of a client relationship in our own marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

This works both ways. You agree not to share our proprietary processes, methodologies, or internal reporting templates with third parties.

Use of this site

You may use vaporseo.com for its intended purpose: learning about our services and getting in touch. You may not scrape, copy, or automate requests to the site. You may not use it to transmit spam or any content that is unlawful or harmful.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vapor SEO's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunity.

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about its availability or accuracy.

Termination

Either party can end a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless a different notice period is set out in the agreement. Fees for work completed or in progress through the notice period remain due and payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
